"Over 20 years of lecturing"
For the last twenty years, until 2006, I lectured one graduate course in Computer Science per semester at Bar-Ilan University. I tried to introduce a new course topic every year or two to keep lecturing interesting.
I have 13 students, who I advised, who over the years have finished theses. Some thesis topics are:

Semester 1 - Photorealistic Image Synthesis
This course calls upon techniques from four fields of study: Physiology,
Physics, Applied Mathematics and Computer Science.
No specific prerequisites for this course is required, but the student
should feel comfortable with the multi-discipline approach of this course.
